Moderation, Complaints, and Compliance Data
FanXess may process content, account information, identity information, verification materials, consent records, upload metadata, transaction records, device information, complaint details, correspondence, and reviewer notes to operate content pre-screening, trust and safety reviews, complaints handling, appeals, anti-trafficking monitoring, fraud prevention, payment processor compliance, and legal compliance workflows.
If you submit a complaint, appeal, content removal request, or depicted-person removal request, we may use the information you provide to verify your identity or authority, investigate the report, contact the uploader or creator, preserve evidence, communicate a decision, process an appeal, and comply with legal obligations. We may share relevant information with service providers, payment processors, compliance reviewers, neutral third-party dispute resolution bodies, law enforcement, child protection organizations, courts, regulators, or other authorities where we believe disclosure is necessary, lawful, or required.
We may retain verification records, consent records, complaint records, moderation decisions, appeals records, and related evidence for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, defend legal claims, comply with payment processor requirements, meet record-keeping obligations including where applicable 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A, prevent repeat abuse, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Third-Party Media, Streaming, and Communications Providers
FanXess uses third-party service providers to operate media hosting, video storage, transcoding, streaming, live video, video calling, content delivery, security, analytics, support, verification, and payment features. These providers may include Bunny.net or Bunny CDN for video upload, storage, processing, playback, thumbnails, live stream delivery, and content delivery; VideoSDK.live for live streaming, video rooms, video calling, audio/video transmission, signaling, and related session data; Supabase for backend hosting, authentication, database, storage, and edge functions; ImageKit or similar media optimization providers for image delivery; hCaptcha for abuse prevention; Sentry or similar monitoring providers for error reporting; Didit or similar verification providers for identity checks; and payment or compliance providers such as CCBill, NOWPayments, banks, card networks, fraud prevention vendors, and other processors we use from time to time.
When you upload content, publish media, join or host a live stream, participate in a video call, submit verification information, make or receive payments, or otherwise use features that depend on these providers, you authorize FanXess to transmit, store, process, host, convert, stream, display, and deliver your content, personal data, technical data, and related metadata through those providers as necessary to provide the service. This may include uploaded videos, images, audio, live streams, call audio/video, room identifiers, participant identifiers, IP address, device and browser data, upload and playback logs, thumbnails, captions, support records, transaction records, and compliance records.
These providers may process and store data in countries outside your country of residence. By using FanXess, creating an account, uploading media, starting or joining streams or calls, or submitting content through the platform, you acknowledge and agree that your data and content may be processed by these third-party providers under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data processing arrangements. If you do not agree to this third-party processing, you must not use the affected media, streaming, calling, payment, verification, or upload features.
Creators are responsible for obtaining all rights, releases, age verification, and consent necessary for every person depicted, heard, or otherwise included in uploaded, streamed, or transmitted content, including consent for processing, storage, transmission, display, and delivery through third-party media and streaming providers.
