Can I message creators directly?+

That depends on the creator's settings. Some creators allow everyone to message, while others limit DMs to subscribers or selected tiers.

Can I book creators or purchase products?+

Yes. Fans can use public and signed-in flows to purchase marketplace items, request services, book creators, and join premium experiences when available.

How do contests work?+

Public contest pages show prizes, live standings, votes, and creator entries. Fans can discover the event publicly, then sign in to participate more deeply.

How is my account protected?+

FanXess uses secure auth flows, platform moderation, access controls, and protected internal routes. Private workspaces are no-indexed and guarded by route-level checks.
